- Bank account data and tax numbers: This data is processed as part of using our tool to create invoices and quotes.

- For payment processing, we use the third-party provider Stripe, which processes payment data. Stripe receives the payment information directly, and we are only informed about payment failures or renewals.
2. Why do we process your data?
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management: To grant access to our platform.
- Processing invoices and payments: To manage quotes, invoices, and payment information.
- Improving our services: To optimize the user experience.
- Communication: To notify you about renewals, payment issues, or important updates.

We only share your data with third parties when necessary:
- Stripe: For payment processing. Your payment data is processed directly by Stripe. We do not store any credit card data on our platform.
- CalcBro-Max Membership: Your email address is shared with a third-party provider that delivers this service.
4. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on an AWS instance protected by access restrictions. Only the administrator has access to the database key. We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
5. User rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we store about you at any time.
- Rectification: You can edit your personal data (except for your email address) at any time within your account.
- Deletion: You have the right to delete your account at any time. This can be done directly through the account settings.

The data is stored on AWS servers. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
